Job Description

Guest Relations Officer (1 year contract)

Location: Hong Kong

Role and Responsibilities:

Handle and respond enquiries from members and customers

Investigate and reply customer complaints/enquiries, ensure all cases are satisfactorily handled

Work closely with different departments to get the thorough investigation on each complaint/enquiry

Daily random check the GR team to QC/monitoring the phone calls answering and emails replying to ensure the standard of service level

Handle issues arising from call centre

Conduct CS training and SOP / Manual set-up

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports to management


Diploma or above in related disciplines

2 year or above customer relations handling experience, preferably in airline/travel industry

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin

Positive thinking person with good communication skills, good teamwork player with good team spirit

Microsoft Office skills
