Job Description

Accounting Clerk

Location: North Point

Responsibilities

  • Providing daily support to credit control team
  • Assisting daily operation on billing system
  • Following up creditor's account, including, receiving receipts, incoming payments and issuing invoices
  • Close cooperation with company's sales team regarding sales performance and client's transactions 
  • Managing office administrative work   

Qualification

  • Form 5 or HKDSE holder or equivalent
  • Relevant working experience is preferred but not essential
  • Computer literacy with good Excel skills
  • Attentive to details, team-player with good communication skills
  • Immediate availability is preferred
