Temporary Executive Officer
The work in the Personnel Office currently covers a wide range of Human Resources Management functions including staff recruitment/appointments, staff review and performance management, policies and committee work, staff benefits administration, training and development, and staff relations. The suitable candidate is expected to provide executive support to some of these functions, and other duties in particular the planning and coordination of projects, and secretarial support to committees/staff recruitment exercises.
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree with substantial administration experience. They should have good analytical skills, a high standard of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua and Cantonese), outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, and general office software skills. Knowledge of employment related ordinances and experience in people management matters will be an advantage. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test.
Appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract of one year.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
