Students’ Union Administrative Supervisor / Students’ Union Assistant
The appointee is expected to perform a wide spectrum of duties which include: (a) supervising SU Co-op Attendants, and 2 SU Assistants (for Students’ Union Administrative Supervisor only); (b) providing administrative support to the Students’ Union and its officers; (c) ensuring the smooth running of SU offices and Co-op shops; (d) coordinating activities organised by the Student Union; (e) providing services to student organisations; managing facilities and amenities; (f) keeping record, managing inventory and bookkeeping accounts; (g) distributing mails and requisite supplies; maintaining and repairing equipment as needed; purchasing commodities and controlling stock; and (h) carrying out other duties as assigned.
Applicants should have completed secondary education, with at least 5 passes in HKCEE including English Language (at least Grade C if Syllabus A / Level 2 from 2007) and Chinese Language (at least Level 2 from 2007), or at least 5 subjects attaining Level 2 in HKDSE including English Language and Chinese Language, preferably with some accounting experience and three years of relevant work experience. Those with less experience will be considered for the post of Students’ Union Assistant.
Rank and salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
