Qualification and Essential Skills:
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree. They should have exceptional skills in searching, reviewing, and organising research materials; conducting questionnaire administration; managing data sets; and coordinating with other institutes or organisations.
Research experience or educational background in Psychology/Organisational Behavior is desirable. Experience in conducting experimental research and performing statistical analyses will be advantageous.
Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract of 5-6 months commencing as soon as possible. Re-appointment thereafter is subject to mutual agreement and availability of funding.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
