The appointee is expected to coordinate project assistants of the General Education Numeracy Team, assist in developing and promoting curriculums, collecting various data from daily-life situations, preparing and writing teaching materials, and performing any other duties as assigned.
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or Statistics, and with at least two years of relevant work experience. The appointee should be self-motivated and willing to learn; have strong communication and interpersonal skills, good analytical and problem-solving abilities, and some basic computer knowledge. Good and creative writing skills in English will be an advantage. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test.
Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract of one year. Re-appointment thereafter is subject to performance review, mutual agreement and availability of funding.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
