Executive Officer (Operation)
The appointee will assist the clinic-in-charge in overseeing the day-to-day operation of one or two Chinese Medicine clinics. Major duties will include providing executive support to clinic administration; assisting in setting up operational policies and ensuring efficient delivery of service; planning and execution of various projects; staff supervision; complaint handling; committee work; and performing any other duties as assigned.
Applicants should have a good Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a higher/professional qualification, and with a minimum of six years of relevant work experience including three years of supervisory experience. Those with Chinese medicine knowledge and solid work experience in Chinese medicine clinics would be preferred. They should be self-motivated, able to work both independently and in a team, and have excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua), strong communication and interpersonal skills, good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
