Executive Officer (Finance)
The appointee will assist the Director of Clinical Division in financial accounting and budgeting for the Division. Major duties will include handling of full set of accounts of the Chinese Medicine clinics managed by the Division; maintaining close liaison with internal offices and external suppliers on financial and procurement matters; assisting in developing financial plans and projections for the Division; and performing any other administrative duties as assigned.
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance Management, preferably with membership of a recognised professional accounting body. They should have at least eight years of relevant work experience. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua), as well as strong interpersonal and analytical skills are required. They should also be proficient in computer applications, self-motivated, independent and willing to accept new challenges.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
