Executive Assistant / Administrative Assistant
As a member of the Administration and Space Management Section, the appointee will assist in liaising with internal and external contacts on the enhancement of the computerised systems and the office website revamp, managing campus space inventory, analysing space data and preparing reports, providing secretarial support for meetings, and performing any other duties as assigned.
Applicants should have (a) a Bachelor’s degree; (b) at least three years of relevant post-qualification work experience, preferably in tertiary institution or public organisation; (c) strong communication skills with a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; (d) good analytical and organisational skills with attentiveness to details; (e) strong self-motivation with the ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight schedules; (f) a high level of proficiency in computer applications; and (g) a service-oriented mindset and the quality of a team player. Candidates with less related work experience will be considered for the post of Administrative Assistant. Shortlisted candidates are required to sit for a written test.
Appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract of one year.
Rank and salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
