GENERAL EDUCATION OFFICE
The appointee is expected to a) provide administrative support to the General Education (GE) Programme and GE Office; b) deliver quality services to staff, students and external bodies on a daily basis and for ad-hoc projects; c) assist in organising of meetings and activities related to GE; d) maintain the office website and e) perform other duties as assigned.
Applicants should have a recognised Bachelor's degree, preferably with one to two years of administrative experience in tertiary institutions. They should have good communication and organisational skills. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) is essential. Applicants should be good team players, self-motivated, attentive to details, able to multi-task, and have the experience and knowledge in website maintenance using Dreamweaver and WordPress.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test.
Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract of one year. Re-appointment thereafter is subject to performance review and mutual agreement.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
