Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, the appointee will lead a team of cleaners to provide clean and comfortable living environment to the students and guests of the University. His/her duties include reviewing and implementing cleaning procedures and practices, monitoring daily operations performed by in-house staff and contractors, handling procurement, inventories, manpower allocation and any other ad hoc duties as assigned. Work during weekends and evenings may be required.
Applicants should have a recognised diploma with at least four years of post-qualification work experience. Preference will be given to those who have some work experience in the fields of hospitality and facility management. They should have good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) and proficiency in computer application skills. They should be good team players, self-motivated, able to work independently and possess excellent organisation and communication skills. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
