Job Description

Officer, Quality Control (Call Center)


  • Support call center daily operation
  • To assist call center in preparing flight protection paperwork
  • Follow up call center complaint case
  • Provide handling procedure of the new product
  • Update call center handing procedure
  • Compare and analysis call center performance on monthly basis
  • Monitor call center performance 
  • Prepare relevant training for call center



  • Form 7 or above
  • 1 year or above relevant working experience 
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Sound ability to analyze, isolate and interpret business needs and develop appropriate technical solutions 
  • Able to perform multi-task and prioritize works to meet with tight deadlines 
  • Proficiency in PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing 
  • Good interpersonal, communication & presentation skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
