Job Description

Manager, Customer Relations

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop a customer relations team in delivering excellent customer relationships
  • As voice of customers in monitoring existing services & products for continuous improvement

Requirements

  • A University Degree, preferably in Social Science, Public Relations, Communication, Marketing or other relevant disciplines
  • At least 5 years of supervisory experience involving customer relations or customer service management, 2 years of which are in a managerial position. Experience in aviation industry is an advantage
  • Work background in customer relations and able to deliver excellent customer service
  • Strong in positive influence with Team Management experience
  • Excellent communication skill with stakeholders and resolve escalation
  • An analytical mind and basic knowledge in statistics
  • A good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Computer literacy and presentation skills using PowerPoint, Excel and Words
