Job Description

Manager, Cabin Crew Recruitment


  • Continuously improve the candidate experience through development of the recruitment and selection procedures/standards.
  • Plan annual cabin crew recruitment budget and continuously manage costs.
  • Manage and oversee tasks and delegate duties to recruitment team. Develop and motivate team members
  • Oversee and assist with application screening
  • Organize and coordinate local and overseas recruitment campaigns
  • Oversee collation and update of recruitment/selection records with evaluation/analysis of the entire operation for management review
  • In collaboration with HR conduct all interviews
  • Oversee all administrative duties associated with candidate recruitment & onboarding process such as interview invitation, medical assessments, offers & candidate inquiries


  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management preferred
  • Recruitment & selection experience essential
  • At least 5 years of supervisory experience involving with recruitment
  • Frontline customer service experience essential
  • Operational airline and / or cabin crew experience an advantage
  • Fluent in written and spoken English. Cantonese and Putonghua an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Word Processing
  • Creative and strategic thinker
  • People person with strong communication and organizational skills
