Job Description

Assistant Officer, Maintenance Supply


  • Initiate procurement of Toolings/equipment/GSE. Coordinate with procurement on purchase order
  • Arrangement of Toolings/equipment/GSE sourcing from other maintenance organization for ad hoc situation such as AOG
  • Tracking of purchase order of new introduced Toolings/equipment/GSE
  • Arranging support of Toolings/equipment/GSE from maintenance contractor / other maintenance organization in outstation
  • Other duties relevant to maintenance supply as assigned by Senior Supervisor, Maintenance Supply



  • Form 5 / DSE or above
  • Maintenance experience is preferred
  • Fully competent to work independently and provide support to Officer, Maintenance Supply
  • Fluent in wriitten and spoken English
  • Good interpersonal and administrative skills
  • Holder of HK driving license is preferred
