Assistant Engineer, Safety
- Conduct Occurrence Investigation (MOR/ASR/GSR/QDR)
- Prepare investigation report and provide recommendation
- Carry out hazard identification, risk analysis and mitigation plan
- Prepare Regular Management Review on Safety Management System (SMS) and update the data base
- Liaise with Training Team and organize Safety Training for technical staff
- Implement the corrective actions resulting from quality discrepancy reporting system and any non-conformance identified
- Support any ad-hoc tasks assigned by Manager
- Tertiary educational background related to Aircraft Maintenance Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
- Fresh Graduate with professional knowledge will also be considered
- A good team player with a strong sense of responsibility and attentive to details
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines
- Flexibility for business trip
