Solutions Analyst Lead – IT Solution Delivery & Support

Scope of Duties:

The Solutions Analyst Lead is accountable to IT Manager (Solutions Delivery)

  • Analyze business requirements and assess detailed solution options for enterprise use
  • Contribute expertise and detailed knowledge to ensure high level design decisions are able to be delivered and re-useable
  • Coordinate with the external vendors and in-house teams on IT solution delivery projects
  • Compile, review and ensure specifications are in compliance with both functional and technical requirements
  • Oversee all solution components ensuring that they comply with all relevant company standards


  • Degree holder in IT, Business or related disciplines
  • 8 years of solid IT solution delivery experience, including at least 6 years in solution design and implementation work of various size
  • Good understanding of technology concepts, trends and capabilities
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skill
  • Ability to interact professionally with diverse groups of stakeholders
  • Excellent vendor and people management
  • Self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
  • Experience on Finance/ HR solutions is beneficial
  • Aviation/ MRO knowledge is preferable
