Learning and Development Specialist

Scope of Duties:

  • Work closely with the team leader of Talent Management and Organisation Development;
  • Compile succession planning materials for senior management;
  • Administer Development Center and related exercises;
  • Maintain the L&D system performance such as data integration and user account management
  • Drive the corporate cultural enhancement programme
  • Monitor the progress of various talent management and organisation development projects;
  • Perform other relevant duties as assigned


  • Recognized degree in Human Resources, Training & Development or related disciplines;
  • 6 years of solid experience in learning and development functions at sizeable organisations;
  • Attention to details, action oriented and a good team player;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications e.g. Word, PowerPoint and Excel;
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written, fluency in Putonghua will be an advantage;
  • Applicants with less experience will be considered as Learning and Development Executive
