Job Description

Inventory Management Analyst

Scope of Duties:

  • Manage and control Aircraft material inventory of the company under minimum supervision
  • Analyze hangar plan and new projects to prepare provisioning plan
  • Coordinate within HAECO to identify root cause and implementation of corrective action plan for project residual and unused material
  • Compiling Maintenance Input Material Budget, In-maintenance material consumption report as well as post-input material profitability report
  • Carry out post-input review of material consumption and maintenance task technical review to provide recommendation on Maintenance Task Bill of Material adjustment
  • Compile Maintenance Task Bill of Material review report and adjustment recommendation
  • Liaise within HAECO to maintain the integrity of Maintenance Task Bill of Material

Requirements:

  • Completed HKCEE / HKDSE or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years’ experiences on Aircraft Maintenance or Production Planning for HKCEE / HKDSE graduates or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience on Aircraft Maintenance or Production Planning for Higher Diploma / Degree holder in Engineering or Statistical discipline
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience on Aircraft Maintenance or Production Planning for Diploma holder in relevant discipline or equivalent
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Strong PC skills especially Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, VBA and database applications
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of statistical applications
  • Good inventory control and provisioning skills
