Job Description

Equipment Maintenance Officer

Scope of Duties:

  • Assist Equipment Maintenance (Head of Section) to plan for fleet management, report and operation analysis
  • Control and monitor GSE / Commercial Vehicle maintenance cost
  • Ensure vehicle spare parts availability
  • Responsible for compiling all technical and non-technical reports, manuals and other similar submissions. (e.g. Establishment Committee submission; Business Contingency Plan, Departmental KPI, etc.)
  • Develop and maintain cost control system, analysis and prepare reports
  • Monitoring Center of Excellence and Business Improvement projects
  • Maintain and monitor the ISO9001 QMS system and certification
  • Develop management system by retrieving useful data from Vehicle Maintenance System and GPS system


  • A recognized Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Management disciplines
  • Minimum of 4 years working experience, preferably in reporting, projects and planning
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, as well as good project management skill
  • Can work under minimum supervision
  • Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese & English
  • Excellent in MS Excel; MS Word, MS Powerpoint and MS Project
  • A logical mindset, good analytical skills and innovative ideas for developing various administrative system are required
