Business Improvement Leader

Location: Chep Lak Kok



  • Facilitate and lead improvement activities to embed a continuous improvement culture within the Business. Act as a coach and mentor for business improvement activities and change agents
  • Using analysis and benchmarking techniques, identify, quantify and communicate the opportunities for improvement within the business and recommend appropriate improvement plans and methods of deployment
  • Define and support activities required to implement and maintain an effective governance structure that seeks to improve performance and support delivery of Business objectives
  • Through the identification of issues, and recommended improvement actions, seek to drive ‘continuous improvement’ of HAECO processes and lead the Improvement Journey programme to deliver improvements in all areas of the Business
  • Manage improvement teams to lead, implement and execute business improvement activities throughout the company
  • Provide coaching and training on business improvement disciplines (Six Sigma, Lean, CoE Improvement Journey)
  • Perform other duties as assigned


  • A recognized Degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management or related disciplines
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt will be an advantage
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience, with hands-on experience in implementing improvement projects
  • Good analytical, problem solving, presentation, communication and project management skills
  • Proactive, mature, approachable and results oriented
  • Practical understanding and application of Lean and Six Sigma tools
  • Proficiency in MS office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.  Knowledge in Visio will be an advantage
  • Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written
