Assistant Officer (Ramp Equipment)

Scope of Duties:

  • Oversee daily operations of the department to provide ground equipment services to Airline customers
  • Allocate and monitor resources to maximize productivity, and ensure that procedures are in compliance with the Company’s policy, AA’s regulations and relevant statutory requirements
  • Monitor staff performance. Establish and implement training and development programs
  • Liaise with internal and external customers to ensure cost-effective and timely operations
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned


  • Completed Secondary 5 (with pass in HKCEE) or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience including at least 1 years in a supervisory capacity; Less experience will be accept with higher qualification
  • Well-organised and be able to prioritize work in an effective manner
  • Customer-oriented and be able to make good decision under pressure
  • Strong awareness of safety and quality practices
  • Good in communication and interpersonal skills with good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written
