Assistant Officer (Operations)

Scope of Duties:

  • Perform operations duties on aircraft inventory control to meet current requirement and forecast operational and customer demands
  • Maintain effective working relationship with customers, suppliers and other working partners
  • Assist in compiling regular inventory service level reports
  • Assist in quotation evaluation
  • Raise purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure the agreed terms & conditions are met
  • Expedite delivery of purchase orders
  • Perform other relevant duties and undertake other projects as assigned


  • Degree in Engineering, Logistics and Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 3 year relevant working experience, preferably in aviation industry
  • Analytical with good problem solving skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in preparing project papers and presentations with MS Office application e.g. Word, Excel
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written
