Job Description

Assistant Facilities Executive(Cleaning)

Location: Chep Lak Kok

To manage the daily operation of cleaning contractors to ensure their works comply with contract

To closely monitor the quality and performance of cleaning contractor



  • Handle user complaints and liaise with cleaning contractor to rectify
  • Liaise with users for scheduled periodic cleaning work arrangements
  • Handle additional requirements and quotation
  • Monitor the performance and quality of cleaning contractor
  • Manage the KPI of cleaning contractor
  • Handle documentation works related to cleaning contract
  • Provide improvement suggestions
  • Assist Facilities Maintenance to handle repair and maintenance issues in LS areas


  • F.5 or above
  • Minimum 20 years working experience on general cleaning
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, and can work under minimum supervision
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese & English
  • Good in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook
