Job Description

Assistant Commercial Officer

Location: Chep Lak Kok

  • Support Account Managers in administration of customer contracts and act as interface between customers and project teams in coordination of aircraft projects
  • Assist in preparation of service proposals, reports and presentation materials
  • Establish good working relationship with customers and assist in handling matters relating to commercial and contractual issues
  • Conduct regular survey on the level of customer satisfaction
  • Handle customer invoice processing and credit management
  • Implement marketing strategies
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • A recognized Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Science or related discipline is preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience. Experience in aviation industry, or relevant departmental experience will be preferred
  • Being customer-centric; good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications
  • Excellent command of English (both spoken and written) and Mandarin (spoken)
