Senior Sales Manager for Aircraft Connectivity
Honeywell Aerospace are currently recruiting for a Senior Sales Manager for Aircraft Connectivity.
Reporting to the Connected Aircraft Senior Sales Director, this position is responsible for leading a regional team of approximately 6 Sales Managers focused selling aircraft connectivity hardware and service to business aviation customers to drive profitable revenue growth.
Drive a data driven culture to use salesforce.com and data analytics to focus the team on driving growth in all areas of the connected aircraft segment. The scope includes SATCOM hardware, antennas, cockpit datalink service, and cabin connectivity service. This team will have close coordination with the regional Account Sales Managers and local technical support to assure the best possible customer experience.
Alignment with Honeywell’s Sales Excellence to ensure we have the right sales talent in the right places, all trained on products and services with advanced sales skills
Daily engagement with senior management at business jet owners as well as frequent internal Honeywell meetings / briefings at the VP level.
Provide input to AOP and STRAP process.
Day to day leadership and management of a regional team with a focus on talent and sales enablement.
Location for this position can be in Singapore, Hong Kong, or Sydney.
Bachelor’s Degree (Industry equivalent qualification plus demonstrated experience in sales leadership considered)
Minimum of 10 years Commercial Aviation industry, product and sales knowledge experience
Minimum of 3 years Sales leadership experience with a track record of driving revenue growth
Strong business acumen
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Deep knowledge of the products and services covered by this position and associated value propositions
