• Contribute value added and good business returns through project sales
• Achieve sales targets / objectives
•  Manage and coordinate sales processes
• Perform detail technical specification analysis and spot check on I/O schedules and submission quality
• Work with operational teams to increase our chances in winning projects
•  Actively look into creative means and improve company competitive edge
• Manage marketing and presentation plans to developers, consultants and contractors
•  Instrumental in opening new clients accounts
• Perform leading role in business development such as building automation system, fire alarm system and security system etc
•  Constant update to immediate supervisor on the current, active and potential projects and actively track the sales target quarterly
•  Build strong interpersonal relationship with contractors
•  Accurate planning and forecasting of sales performance, such as, bookings, margin through necessary tool(s) in a timely manner
• Provide quality and timelines of promised updates of solutions to customers
• Meet customer satisfaction measures standard
•  Prepare and generate quality proposal, qualified the use/reuse of standard Honeywell Project Management Tools
• Build network in the industry on the industry information
•  Manage team and self development
• Prioritize the focus and maximise return on effort
• Liaise and co-ordinate with specialists within Honeywell and outside to, such as, ensure right Honeywell resources are used, gain trust to the point of partnership, solve the issues


  • Intermediate to Advanced computer skills
  • Degree / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
  • At least 10 yrs in the automation / building related industries (Security / Fire / HVAC)
  • Have established relationship with M&E, construction contractors & developers
  • Knowledge of automation & control applications
  • Basic understanding of IT / Networking solutions
  • Business savvy and analytical
  • Aggressive selling and strong negotiation skill
  • Strong communication and presentation skill
