Regional Sales Manager, Airport Sales, Honeywell Building Solutions, HK/Macau/Taiwan/Southern China

Location: HKG-H-Hong Kong

Sales Enablement
- Drive pre-sales through technical design compliance for airfield projects across HK, Macau, Taiwan and Southern China
- Liaise with design consultants and other key stakeholders to understand requirements
- Conduct regular sales updates on HBS solution portfolio, take ownership of sales results

Solution Marketing
- Gain technical understanding of Honeywell offerings for airside systems
- Drive local partnerships or NPI to address solution gaps, provide market findings as input to product development
- Communicate value through differentiation from products, services, design, operations, and customer support

Qualifications

Professional Experience and Education
- Experience in sales and operations with airport customers (preferably on Airside / Power)
- Ability to develop technical solutions with Airports stakeholders, General Contractors and Consultants across ASEAN
- Degree in electrical engineering or equivalent in similar domains

- Ability to liaise with client on all levels and create durable relationships
- Articulate with good interpersonal communication, ability to work remotely with teams across ASEAN
- Ability to build a personal network and influence multiple stakeholders, including sales and global airports team
