Job Description


Location: Central


  • Handle full set of accounting books including daily accounting duties
  • Be responsible for planning, reviewing and monitoring day-to-day operations including transaction processing, financial analysis, regular account-checking, invoice, receipt, cheque payments and file of accounting records
  • Prepare monthly accounting and management reports
  • Be well-versed in writing various regular reports in Chinese format for management’s review in a timely manner
  • Provide general office administrative and clerical support
  • Liaise with internal and external parties on accounting related matters
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments as required


  • Degree Holder in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
  • At least 2 years relevant working experiences in accounting in sizable & PRC companies
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of Mandarin, Cantonese and English
  • Well-organized, attention to details, strong sense of responsibilities and work under pressure
  • Immediate availability is preferred
