Working location: Discovery Bay, Lantau Island
The incumbent will be responsible for preparing meals under the direction of the western chef.
- Knowledge of the products, such as menu prices, recipes, ingredients, cooking methods (including cook time), serving methods, portion and garnish standard, presentation standard etc;
- Knowledge of kitchen safety and security procedures;
- Knowledge of cleanliness and food hygiene procedures and standard;
- 4-5 years kitchen operation experience;
- Good command of spoken Chinese and English;
- Form 5 or above.
