Traffic Coordinator

Working location: Discovery Bay, Lantau Island

The incumbent will be deployed at the 24-hours Car Booking Centre responsible for handling customer telephone enquiries and complaints, and relating messages for internal departments and handling hire car bookings for a large and prestigious estate in Discovery Bay.

  • Form 5 or above;
  • Minimum 1 year work experience preferably in service industry;
  • Customer services hotline experience or control room of large residential estates is preferred;
  • Good command of spoken English and Chinese;
  • Handling the emergency events and customer telephone enquiries and complaints;
  • Mature, good manner and customer-oriented with good interpersonal skills, PC knowledge is an advantage;
  • 24 hours shift duty is required.
