Job Description

Assistant- Company Secretarial and Legal

The incumbent will be responsible to assist general company secretarial and legal works of the Group with detailed set out below and support ad hoc projects as assigned.


    • Provision of clerical and administrative support to the Company Secretarial and Legal Department
    • Support for litigation matters and register
    • Maintenance of trademark registrations/renewals and register
    • Preparation of statutory forms and filing
    • Updating and maintenance of corporate record
    • Diploma or Degree holder
    • Relevant experience in legal or company secretarial field is preferable
    • Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
    • Knowledge in CSA System and Microsoft Visio is an advantage
    • Highly organized, accurate and show good attention to details
    • Self-motivated, responsible, committed, able to multi-task and meet deadlines
    • Good interpersonal skills and a team player
