Job Description

Assistant – Administration

Working location: Discovery Bay, Lantau Island

The incumbent is responsible to provide secretarial support to the senior management team and provide general administrative assistance including front desk service in the Company.


  • Tertiary qualifications are preferred but not essential;
  • 5 years or above relevant experience in an administrative role;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English;
  • Working knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Excellent communication skills and phone manner;
  • Ability to multi-task and shifting priorities;
  • Attention to detail, team mentality and a positive attitude;
  • Immediate available is preferred;
  • Working Hours: 5 day work week
