Job Description

Accounts Clerk

Location: Kowloon Bay


  • Prepare accounts payable, payment and receipt vouchers
  • Assist in invoices and debit notes against all relevant documents and appropriate authorization
  • Prepare payment advice for cashier to present to supplies and sub-contracts upon collection of cheque payment
  • Prepare bank reconciliation for the Group companies and submit to Assistant Accountant for checking
  • Perform daily clerical works e.g. vouching photo-copying, typing , filing and micro-film packing


  • Diploma or above in Accounting or related discipline
  • 1-2 years relevant experience
  • Proactive, attentive to details with good communication skills
  • Good PC knowledge in MS office including MS Word, MS Excel and Chinese word processing
