Job Description

Systems Engineer


  • Hardware and software support for customers
  • Handle customer phone calls, e-mail following predefined procedure
  • Onsite service support to meet customer’s requirement
  • Diagnosing problems and determining the severity and escalate problems to L2 support groups
  • Updating user on service status and give recommendation as well as root cause analysis


  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma from IT field, or equivalent technical qualification
  • Solid experience on WINTEL, UNIX or Storage maintenance service
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and under tight schedule
  • Ability to create clear and accurate technical / process documentations
  • Fast learner, self-motivated and good team work
  • Work in non-office hour upon customer requirement occasionally
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Related certification holder is a plus
  • Less qualify candidate may consider as junior/trainee role 


  • 13 Months Pay.
