- Root Cause Analysis
- Hardware and software support for customers
- Handle customer phone calls, e-mail following predefined procedure
- Onsite service support to meet customer’s requirement
- Diagnosing problems and determining the severity and escalate problems to L2 support groups
- Updating user on service status and give recommendation as well as root cause analysis
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma from IT field, or equivalent technical qualification
- Solid experience on WINTEL, UNIX or Storage maintenance service
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and under tight schedule
- Ability to create clear and accurate technical / process documentations
- Fast learner, self-motivated and good team work
- Work in non-office hour upon customer requirement occasionally
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Related certification holder is a plus
- Less qualify candidate may consider as junior/trainee role
- 13 Months Pay.
