Manager - Branding and Marketing

  • Role & Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute the marketing and promotional activities for various sites
  • Identify and co-ordinate joint promotions and sponsorship opportunities with business partners and tenants
  • Develop and deploy innovative marketing and brand management strategies for new and existing marketing and public relations initiatives to attain the total benefits of the prime premises under Leasing Portfolio
  • Monitor marketing campaign timeline with agencies and vendors for leasing marketing matters as well as festive promotions
  • Liaise with tenants to develop and maintain good business relationship
  • Prepare a range of printed marketing materials and advertisements
  • Manage and maintain all channels to optimize brand image and produce comprehensive social media campaigns as well as to support contents planning on social media
  • Requirements
  • Degree in communications, journalism, public relations or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in advertising, marketing, event management, public relations in sizable organizations
  • Excellent communication skill, multi-tasking and attentive to details
  • Mature, able to work independently and cope with pressure in a dynamic and fast paced working environment
  • Tactful and good interpersonal skill dealing with prestige tenants
  • Proven language proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua; good writing skill in English is a must
  • Experience in 4A advertising agencies is a definite advantage
