#1 Executive Secretary role (European bancassurance - regional office, Quarry Bay)

Our client is one of the leading bancassurance with global presence; With their prestigious position in the market, they are currently looking for a Senior Secretary to provide team support to their regional team and senior executives.

#2 Executive Assistant/ Office Manager (Boutique Financial services firm, Central)

Our client is an investment firm founded in 2016 focused on cryptocurrencies and blockchain related companies. Innovative and Fast-growing, they offered various digital assets related products to their clients.

Your new role

#1 Executive Secretary role
you role will be divided into 3 parts:

  • 30% - Provide extensive secretarial support to 2 senior executives (expats) and teammates
  • 40% - Assist Human Resources team in interviews and training coordination, preparation for presentation material, reports and systems updates
  • 30% - Work along with other Senior Secretaries to coordinate company internal events (e.g. Christmas's party, CNY Lunch), townhall, HR related events

Requirements

  • 6+ years' team support/ secretarial experiences to senior management in MNC working environment, preferably within banking/financial services/ insurance industry
  • Prior Regional office exposure will be a plus
  • Prior HR administration experiences will be an advantage
  • Good team player with a can-do attitude; flexible in working hours and job scope;
  • Strong language proficiency in English and Cantonese, fluency in Mandarin

#2 Executive Assistant/Office Manager role


  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to the business (<10 pax), especially to the Managing Director in handling trips plannings, calendar management and business correspondence via email/phone calls
  • Perform office administration duties
  • Assist Managing director in project coordination (e.g. new system implementation) and HR administration (e.g. on-boarding process, leave records etc.)

Requirements

  • 5+ years' all-rounded secretarial and administration experiences in SME MNC firms
  • Prior experiences in working in Financial services industry will be an advantage
  • Strong problem solver, ability to work independently, good observational skills
  • Strong language command in English, Cantonese and fluency in Mandarin
