Talent Acquisition job for a world class financial institution to drive their TA strategy and initiatives

Your new company
We are partnering with a world class financial institution with a very large presence in the region. As they are currently going through some exciting changes, they are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their energetic and growing team.

Your new role
This position reports into the Head of Recruitment. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events. To be successful in this role, you will need to work with the team to develop long term recruiting strategies and build strong relationships with hiring managers. You will also need to be innovative in your sourcing channels, plan interview and selection procedures, assess candidate information, lead employer branding initiatives, forecast hiring needs by department as well as foster long term relationships with past and potential candidates.

What you'll need to succeed
What you'll need to succeed To be qualified for this position, you need to possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Proven experience in building close and collaborative relationships with third party vendors
  • Strong experience in end to end recruitment cycle (including senior hiring)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Cantonese and English)
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and people management skills
