Job Description

Talent Acquisition Manager job for a financial institution to drive their full HR strategic initiatives.

Your new company
We are partnering with a reputable listed financial services company and they are currently undergoing mass transformation within the business this year. They are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their dynamic workforce and grow with the business.

Your new role
As the key member of the team, you will be reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition. You will be a strategic HR partner and your responsibilities will include performing full spectrum of Talent Acquisition including end - end recruitment from sourcing to negotiating offers. You will play a major part of providing high level strategic advisory to key stakeholders within the business such as manpower planning, redundancies and so on. You will work closely with the team as well as HR Business Partners to drive any HR strategic initiatives and ad hoc projects

What you'll need to succeed
To be qualified for this position, you must possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Have at least 7 years of relevant HR Talent Acquisition experience
  • Commercially minded individual with proven recruitment experience
  • Previously worked in recruitment agencies or in-house recruitment
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks within a tight deadline
  • Strong in stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Good Proficiency in using MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point
