Manager, Digital Analytics - Banking Industry (Fintech)

Is a leading international bank who have strong roots in Hong Kong. They have more than 150 staff in their Hong Kong office and their Digital Analytics team is growing.

Your new role

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Engaging with stakeholders to learn their digital products and work to maximize the revenue generation for these products
  • Measuring, reporting and providing business recommendations from the insights gathered
  • Engaging with digital product heads to determine how digital analytics can improve their products
  • Drive a data decision making mindset

What you'll need to succeed

As the successful candidate you will have:

  • Bachelor degree in Maths, Stats, Computer Science or a similar degree
  • Priority of technical skills required are: 1. Google analytics or Adobe analytics, 2. Python or R 3. SQL experience
  • Candidates with strong Google or Adobe experience are preferred but if you have strong Python or R experience only that is acceptable as well
  • You are good working and engaging with the business. You can be tough when required but also engage with them to provide the best products/experience to the customer
