Junior Recruiter job for a Global Research Consultancy firm.

Your new company
We are partnering with a world class Market Research Consultancy firm and they are expanding their business and is now looking for a Junior Recruiter to achieve their HR objectives and join their dynamic workforce.

Your new role
As the key member of the team, you will be reporting the Recruitment Team Lead. You will be working with the regional team in APAC to recruit research consultants, project teams as well as client servicing teams. You will be responsible for handling and managing talent attraction through using different recruitment channels to source and identify the right talents. You will be in charge in managing your candidates, screening and selection and conducting phone interviews and face to face interviews. You will work closely with the team and hiring managers to indicate important ad hoc projects.

What you'll need to succeed
To be qualified for this position, you must possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Have at least 1 - 2 years of relevant HR Talent Acquisition experience
  • Commercially minded individual with proven recruitment experience
  • Previously worked in recruitment agencies or in-house recruitment will be an advantage
  • Ability to work in a multinational environment and manage multiple tasks within a tight deadline
  • Strong in stakeholder engagement and communication skills in English and Mandarin
  • Good Proficiency in using MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point
