HR Process Improvement Lead job for a global financial organisation to drive their HR Transformation

Your new company
We are currently partnering with a global financial organisation and they are growing rapidly in Asia. Due to this growth, they are looking for an experienced HR Process Improvement Lead to drive their Digital HR transformation Project.

Your new role
As a key member of the team, you will be:

  • Partnering with Global Process Owners and the Business Units to lead project activities relating to HR process, employee experience transformation and data standardization for the HR functions (i.e. personnel administration, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, talent management)
  • Responsible in providing HR advisory to key stakeholders for decision making to drive the business, such as providing innovative ideas and designing new HR solutions (systems, analytics, change enablement interventions, performance support tools etc.) to enhance employee experience
  • The representative in project management meetings for the HR transformation programme and to actively engage with the group and stakeholders to ensure sufficient buy in to the change in process and recommend HR solutions
  • Working with external vendor, other functions and process leads to ensure end to end integration within the functional modules and with external systems


What you'll need to succeed
To be qualified for this position, you must possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related disciplines
  • A minimum 10 years of experience in HR Change Management with exposure to regional Asia Pacific
  • Expertise in implementing HR Cloud Functions such as Workday or Oracle HCM
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Solution oriented individual with proven experience to resolve problems and aware on identifying key trends
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks within a tight deadline
  • Excellent communication in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good Proficiency in using MS Office including Word, Excel and Power Point
