Job Description

HR Manager for a world-class Cosmetic Retail company

Your new company
This is a leading global beauty retailer based in Hong Kong. As the company is growing rapidly in Asia, they are looking for a hands on HR Manager to keep up with their growth to support their dynamic business.

Your new role
As a key member of the business, you will be responsible in reporting directly to the Head of HR in APAC. You will be managing end to end full functions within the HR department: including a focus in talent management and recruiting including frontline retail staffs and also corporate functions. You'll also provide HR guidance to line managers including change and performance management, employee relations and succession planning to support the business objectives and corporate values. You will work closely with regional key business stakeholders as well as frontline staffs to achieve and enhance business objectives. You will also be managing any ad hoc HR projects and employee relations issues.

What you'll need to succeed
To be qualified for this position, you must possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related disciplines
  • At least 8 years of experience in the HR Management with experience in the retail industry is preferred
  • Strong knowledge in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other statutory regulations
  • Commercially minded individual and enthusiastic individual
  • Strong leadership skills to lead full HR function
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks within a tight deadline
  • Excellent communication in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good Proficiency in using MS Office including Word, Excel and Power Point
