Job Description

HR Manager job for a UK professional services company to manage the overall provision of Human Resources.

Your new company
This is a global professional services company based in Hong Kong that specialises in providing consultation services architecture and interior design. Since the company is growing their business in Asia, they are looking for an all-rounded HR Manager to drive their growth in the market.

Your new role
You will be reporting directly to the CEO. As a HR Generalist, you will be covering and managing full functions of HR services including HR planning strategies, staff recruitment and orientation, performance management, learning and development and employee engagement, salary and benefits, coaching and mentoring and assist any ad hoc HR matters. You will be responsible for building a high performance business culture.

What you'll need to succeed
To be qualified for this position, you must possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or equivalent
  • At least 8 - 10 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Previously worked in architecture, or interior design firms will be an advantage
  • Strong knowledge in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other statutory regulations
  • Strong leadership skills to lead full HR function
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks within a tight deadline
  • Good interpersonal skills and people-orientated
  • Excellent communication in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good Proficiency in using MS Office including Word, Excel and Power Point
