Human Resources Manager job for a newly setup professional services firm to drive all their HR initiatives

Your new company
We are partnering with a newly setup professional service firm and they are currently going through some exciting changes. With demanding increase, they are seeking for a Human Resources Manager to expand and grow a team of people who have a strong passion to create and introduce new practices in the business.

Your new role
This positions reports into the Managing Director. Your responsibilities will include building up a team within a tight timeline, manage the end to end talent acquisition process and employee relations, develop talent acquisition strategies, manage recruitment and selection process, develop and monitor overall HR strategies and develop a performance appraisal system to drive high performance. You will also need to nurture a culture that promotes a positive work environment, provide support for decision making and support in any other HR related matters.

What you'll need to succeed
To be qualified for this position, you need to possess the following:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Experience of HR managerial experience in professional services industries
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to come up with HR strategies working closely with the leadership team
  • A good team player, self-initiative, customer-oriented and result-driven
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
