Job Description

HR and Admin Assistant Manager job for a biopharmaceutical company to drive all HR and Administration projects

Your new company
We are currently partnering with a global biopharmaceutical company with a strong presence in the region. As they are currently going through some exciting changes, they are looking for an HR and Admin Assistant Manager to join their growing team.

Your new role
This position reports into the Senior HR Business Partner. Your responsibilities will include providing the full spectrum of HR Operations including processing end to end payroll, recruitment and selection, performance management, compensation and benefits and other HR administration services. Your focus will also include supporting office administration and streamlining administrative and HR procedures to maintain efficient and smooth operations.

What you'll need to succeed
To be qualified for this position, you must possess:

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR Management or equivalent
  • At least 5-6 years of solid human resources experience
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Well versed in HK Labour Ordinance, MPF and other HR related legislations
  • Proactive, independent, well organized and able to handle multiple tasks and meet tight work schedule
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
