Job Description

HR & Admin Manager job for a Property & Engineering Consultancy to drive all their HR and Admin initiatives

Your new company
We are partnering with a well-established Property and Engineering Consultancy and they are currently looking for a HR & Admin Manager to join their dynamic team.

Your new role
This role will be reporting into the General Manager. Your focus will be on managing the full functions in HR including processing end to end payroll, recruitment and selection, performance management and compensation and benefits. Your responsibilities will also include supporting office management in handling administrative tasks as well as any ad hoc projects.

What you'll need to succeed
To be qualified for this position, you must possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or related disciplines
  • At least 7-8 years of experience in HR and Administration
  • Well organized and ability to manage multiple tasks within a tight deadline
  • Independent and a mature decision maker in managing the business
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a problem solver
  • Excellent communication in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in using MS Office including Word, Excel and Power Point
