Job Description

Head of Talent Acquisition job for a large banking institution to drive their TA strategy and initiatives

Your new company
We are partnering with a world class banking institution with a very reputable presence in the region. As they are continuing to expand and grow their business, they are looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition to lead their dynamic team.

Your new role
This position reports into the Chief HR Officer. You will be a strategic partner and subject matter expert on all talent acquisition and talent retention matters as you will play a vital role in delivering a seamless recruitment service in line with the organisations people strategy. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing effective recruitment processes to increase efficiency, reduce cost, and create a seamless hiring experience as well as creating a positive brand, vendor management, recruitment for senior level and specialist positions and demonstrate team leadership, coaching and mentorship. You will also maintain and further develop an attractive employer branding and manage any ad hoc projects related to recruitment.

What you'll need to succeed
To be qualified for this position, you need to possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Experience in a similar position and level i.e. Head of Talent Acquisition / Senior Resourcing Manager
  • Experience working in a large complex environment and influencing senior stakeholders during change initiatives
  • Proven experience in building close and collaborative relationships with third party vendors
  • Strong experience in end to end recruitment cycle (including senior hiring)
  • Experience in managing job evaluation and promotion process
  • Good communication and people management skills
