Head of HR job for a Fintech Start-Up company to run all the HR initiatives

Your new company
We are currently partnering with a Fintech firm and they are going through some exciting expansion plans as they are starting this new venture. They are looking for a Head of HR to join their growing start up team.

Your new role
This position reports into the Group Head of HR. Your responsibilities will include building up an all-star technical team within a tight timeframe, manage the end to end talent acquisition process and employee relations, develop talent acquisition strategies, systems and workflows, develop and implement staff engagement programmes, enhance employer branding internally and externally and to assist in any other ad hoc assignments. As the person heading the HR function, you will also need to review and improve on compensation and benefits, assess training needs and monitor training programmes, nurture positive working environment, provide reports to management and provide support for decision making through HR metrics and support in any other HR related matters.

What you'll need to succeed
To be qualified for this position, you need to possess the following:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Experience of HR managerial experience in Fintech industries
  • Experience in managing an international team
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing and problem-solving skills
  • A good team player, self-initiative, customer-oriented and result-driven
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
