Change Management Lead job for a world-class financial organisation to lead their HR transformation

Your new company
This is a global financial organisation with a very large presence in the region. As the company is currently undergoing a large scale change restructure in Asia, they are looking for a hands on Change Management Lead to project manage their Digital HR transformation to support their dynamic business.

Your new role
As a key member of the team, you will be in charge of performing change management initiatives to key business units for their Digital HR Transformation across the APAC region. You will work closely with key stakeholders to identify relevant business leads to perform change impact protocol in HR service delivery model, global process and talent framework. You also need to ensure such change programs runs smoothly along the process, these will include under organizational alignment, change management and change enablement. As the lead, you will be involved in project management and execute any learning & knowledge transfer plan to ensure such change is achievable. You'll also be in charge in using different learning approaches to engage and empower key leaders and people managers in using new change platforms.

What you'll need to succeed
To be qualified for this position, you must possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related disciplines
  • A minimum 10 years of experience in HR Change Management with exposure in regional Asia Pacific
  • Conceptual thinker and detail minded with proven experience to resolve problems and aware on identifying suitable changes for the business
  • Expertise in transformational programmes in a large scale organization
  • Well experience in implementing HR Cloud Functions such as Workday or Oracle HCM
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks within a tight deadline
  • Excellent communication in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good Proficiency in using MS Office including Word, Excel and Power Point
